In addition to making compliance super easy, the sending intervals make it so you don't have to 'compete' with every other email marketing solution that has people fighting to reach the inbox on those popular sending intervals.

For example, If I want an email to send around 8:30, I schedule for 8:35 so I'm 'on top' of everyone else sending at 8:30.
