Here are my top 3 strategies I'd recommend to any Founder or Solopreneur to accelerate the growth of their business:

1/ Knowing your Avatar / ICP

If you don't have a crystal-clear picture of who you're serving, it's very difficult to create content that resonates with them and helps them in their respective journey.

You should be able to specifically state WHO your audience is, and the OUTCOME you're helping them achieve with your content as a whole.

This is your north star.

2/ Content Leverage

Any piece of content falls into one of two categories.

1. Resource Media: Long-form content that has a long lifespan in the feed. Think blog content, long-form YouTube videos, podcasts, newsletter emails, etc.
2. Relationship Media: Short-form content that has a 24-hour lifespan. This is your typical 'social' posts for short-form video, LinkedIn, etc.

You want to create resource media and re-purpose down to relationship media.

newsletter emails --> LinkedIn posts
YouTube Videos --> Shorts, Reels, TikToks
blog Posts-->Twitter Thread

You can also supercharge your leverage by transcribing Video content into written to share in other platforms, but that's a lesson for another day.

3/ Organic Optimization

When I share some results my partners and clients have earned with other marketers, they inevitably ask:

​"Where are you running ads?" "What is your ad spend??"

The answer is usually $0 ad spend, because it's all organic traffic.

Ads can be a great tool, but ask yourself this:

Why would you want to pay for all your conversion data while you're testing offers, lead magnets, upsells, etc. when you can do it for free?

It's better that you're dialed in with organic before going to paid traffic so you know exactly how much you can afford to pay for a lead, purchase etc.

Master these 3 things, and you'll be well on your way to scaling your content-led business to six-figure+ levels.
